EQ & Difficult Conversations

Having difficult conversations in your church is extraordinarily challenging. In this webinar, we'll consider together how Emotional Intelligence can bridge the gap in building trust. While open to everyone, this webinar is most ideal for those who have knowledge of Group Development theory, or those who've gone through our EQHR Core Essentials (5-day). The 3rd session is an optional group coaching call which is intended to strengthen and give feedback to participants plans for action, or to further discuss issues or questions.
