What is Coaching?

Coaching is a relationship and a process that help clients reach a desired goal.

The aim of any coaching relationship is to have the client (individual or group) shift the way they see and therefore act in their personal and professional world.   Clients’ desired outcomes differ, as do their own personal/professional goals and concerns.Experience shows that possible outcomes include:

  1. Faster achievement of your desired results
  2. A better understanding of your impact on other people
  3. Better relationships that support agreements and trust
  4. Practices and strategies for being a more effective leader
  5. Greater well-being and personal satisfaction
  6. Deepening the genuineness in your work and relationships
